Emily Lockwood
Emily leads Excelerate’s UK sales activity, bringing over 25 years’ experience in hospitality sales and commercial leadership. Beginning her career with the Forte Hotel Group in the Global Accounts team, she progressed through senior sales and marketing roles to Director level, gaining a full understanding of the end-to-end sales process.
She specialises in identifying and engaging key decision-makers, building strong corporate, MICE and group relationships, and delivering measurable revenue growth. Recognised as Salesperson of the Year at Q Hotels in 2017, Emily consistently exceeded targets and most recently led sales at The Tower Hotel, successfully delivering a £46m annual budget for an 800-bedroom, large-scale meetings and events venue.

Paul Cummings
Paul leads strategic sales and partnership activity across Excelerate’s hospitality and leisure portfolio, bringing extensive international experience across hotels, attractions, and entertainment brands. His career spans senior commercial roles with organisations including Clermont Hotels, Macdonald Hotels, Merlin Entertainments, LEGO Group, Silverstone Museum, and KidZania, giving him deep insight into both destination-led and volume-driven markets.
He has a strong track record of delivering revenue growth through strategic partnerships, commercial repositioning and data-led sales strategy. Highlights include restoring The Tower Hotel London to pre-pandemic occupancy while exceeding ADR and RevPAR, securing major commercial wins at Macdonald Hotels, leading multi-site relaunch programmes, and delivering one of Merlin’s largest UK partnerships with Kellogg’s, generating over one million admissions. Paul’s approach combines commercial rigour with strong relationship management to drive sustainable, long-term performance.

Jade Winfield
Jade leads business development and account management activity across Excelerate’s portfolio, bringing over seven years’ experience in hospitality sales. She developed her expertise at The Tower Hotel, an 800-bedroom property with extensive meetings and events space, where she played a key role in driving revenue and managing high-value client accounts.
With experience working across multiple properties and projects, Jade is highly skilled in building strong client relationships, managing complex account portfolios, and ensuring fair and effective distribution of business. Her proactive, relationship-led approach supports repeat business, long-term partnerships, and consistent revenue performance across all accounts she manages.

Gene Delos Santos
Gene supports Excelerate’s sales activity through targeted prospecting, appointment setting, and client engagement, bringing over 15 years’ experience in sales and customer service. With a strong background in relationship management and revenue support, he plays a key role in helping identify opportunities and maintain consistent pipeline activity.
Over the past five years, Gene has specialised in remote sales support, combining strong communication skills with a disciplined, results-focused approach. His ability to build rapport quickly, qualify opportunities effectively, and maintain high service standards ensures clients receive a professional and responsive experience at every stage of the sales process.

Ryan Boligor
Ryan supports Excelerate’s sales and outreach activity, bringing over 14 years’ experience within the BPO sector specialising in appointment setting, sales, and customer engagement. With a strong background in supervisory roles, he brings a disciplined, performance-led approach to pipeline development and client engagement.
He is highly skilled in researching and targeting high-value prospects, crafting compelling outreach, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers. Comfortable working in fast-paced, remote environments, Ryan combines strong communication skills with a results-driven mindset to consistently support sales growth and business objectives.

Lovely Delos Reyes
Lovely leads on sales technology and digital enablement, bringing extensive experience across AI, digital marketing, and business development. With a background managing high-profile brands and running her own digital agency, she combines strategic insight with hands-on delivery across both online and offline channels.
As Excelerate’s lead sales technology consultant, Lovely supports data management, systems optimisation, and digital growth initiatives. Her expertise helps streamline processes, enhance performance tracking, and support the wider team in scaling sales activity efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on innovation and results.
